Spicy Asian Rice (6 Points+)

This recipe is based off of Asian Glazed Drumsticks from Gina but excludes a few items I didn't have and is a vegetarian/light meal.

2 cups cooked white rice (I cooked mine in chicken broth so it is no longer vegetarian)
olive oil spray
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce
2 tsp. agave nectar
1/2. tsp ginger powder (or fresh ginger, crushed)

Spray the bottom of a small saucepan (medium heat) with olive oil spray and then add garlic.  Cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.  Next, add water, soy sauce, sriracha, agave and ginger powder.  Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.  Add cooked rice to the saucepan until heated through.  Serve with steamed broccoli.

Makes 2 servings at 6 Points+ a serving.  If served with broccoli you get a veggie serving!

I was not able to calculate the per serving cost of this meal because almost all of these products have been in the refrigerator for months and I cannot find the receipts.  Sorry!
