Baked "Fried" Pickles (3 Points+)

Fried pickles are my favorite greasy bar food, I could eat them everyday (well almost).  These are my lightened up version.  The process is a little tedious but sooooo worth it.  Having a friend help is really nice so that one of you can pat dry and dunk and the other can shake and lay them out.

1 egg white
salt and pepper
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs ( I put 1/2 cup of croutons in the food processor)
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
dash of Tony Chachere's
dash of cayenne pepper--CAREFUL, this gets hot fast
dash of garlic powder
(basically whatever seasonings you like)
Pickles  (I used dill chips)

Pam

Preheat oven to 425

1.Whisk egg white with salt and pepper in small bowl
2.In a separate bowl mix the dry stuff and then put in a  Ziploc bag
3.Pat pickles dry
4. In batches, dunk pickles in egg white, put in bread crumb bag and shake.
5. Lay flat on greased baking sheet.
6. When all breadcrumbs are gone (or you are sick of the process) spray all the pickles with Pam and put in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.

Enjoy!
